Some of the hardest things in life come from the things you love the most.
This team put blood, sweat and tears into this season.
We had everyone against us all year. From the get go it was 8th place, to inexperienced, to young. The lot.
Through it all this team of amazing, tough, determined group of men became something special. I’m so proud and blessed to call each of you my teammates. We all sacrifice so much and as much as it tears me to pieces, I know this isn’t the end.
We put ourselves in a position to be successful, so we can learn from this and continue to build and press forward into the future.
To all the fans, supporters and critics thank you for all that you do for us. You continue to motivate, inspire and humble us.
To the staff who give us so much of your time. Thank you. Without you all we can’t play this beautiful game! It really doesn’t go unnoticed.
Lastly to my close friends, family and loved ones…… you all understand how much this means to me and what is needed to be successful, the sacrifices, late night training, endless meetings and conversations, studying, film, training on training on trainings. Without your love and support I wouldn’t have been able to get through this year.
We are at the beginning on something special with this group. We are young. We are hungry. We have an amazing team of staff and coaches around us. So we will be back.
